ParcelSAF ™ Tamper Resistant Self-locking Package Delivery Container is perfect for home and business owner front entry-way safe package delivery and pickup. The Delivery Container includes hidden locking mechanisms that create a package safe which is operable by the electronics in your smart phone (see fifth photo).

The box designed for acreage owner entrance gates,offices, and factories.

The box also comes in wood,metal or resin, with four trim levels, Starter, Basic, Standard, and Premium. Locating the box away from the buildings, such as entrance gates, the owner could purchase an outdoor Wi-Fi extender and run electricity to the delivery container, allowing for remote control.The Box comes standard with two independently operated compartments.

The model has all of the functions of the standard model plus

  • The bench has an integrated barcode scanner.
  • The owner enters tracking numbers or the shipping barcode into the bench memory.
  • Simply click on the “Right Unattended” or “Left Unattended” Button to set up the bench for delivery and activate this function.
  • The deliverer presents the package to the scanner then places into bench.
  • The bench recognizes the valid barcode and senses the existence of the package and automatically locks the bench as the delivery person walks away.
  • The burden is no longer on the owner to lock.
  • The model can also be set up to accept surprise deliveries by recognizing via the barcode scan that the package is addressed to the residence.
  • Once barcode is confirmed the controller can pop the lid up allowing the deliverer to finish opening the lid and place the package into container.

Model Features:

Starter Model – $300

The Starter Model is a bench or box that is purely mechanical with a key to lock/unlock the lids.

A side wheel outside the bench or box sets the container up for delivery.

The lid is held up just above the lock by a spring-loaded apparatus.

The deliverer opens the lid, places the package inside, lowers the lid, and the lid locks.

A sign is included, prompting the delivery person to lift lid and place package in the container.

This base model does not have a package pickup option.

Basic Model – $400

This model is semi-automated but also includes a key to lock/unlock the lid.

A remotely controlled spring-loaded apparatus keeps the lid from closing completely

The remote-controlled apparatus prevents the bench/box from being locked.

The delivery person would be notified via sign that they need to wait for the owner to respond to them via video, and to prepare the bench/box for delivery by deactivating the apparatus.

The mobile phone app comes with capability of integrating the bench/box controller and existing home security video interface.

This model will not allow for packages to be picked up for shipping by delivery person.

With this model someone can come along and open and close the lid many times and the lid will not lock.

Standard Model – $750

The mobile phone app comes with capability of integrating the bench/box controller and existing home security video interface as long as your phone has access to mobile data.

Depressing a phone app button automatically prepares the bench/box for delivery from a remote location.

The phone app allows conversation with the deliverer through your installed security system such as Ring.

It also allows you to lock the bench remotely after delivery.

This model has package pickup capability. The resident may call a shipper and request pickup. Then, when a video doorbell detects the presence of the delivery person, the resident may speak to him, remotely unlock the lid of the delivery container or bench – thus allowing the package to be taken for shipment.

Premium Model – $1000

The mobile phone app comes with capability of integrating the bench/box controller and existing home

security video interface as long as your phone has access to mobile data.

The phone app enables conversation with the deliverer through your installed security system such as Ring.

The bench also has an integrated barcode scanner that recognizes valid packages.

The bench/box has memory for owner-entered tracking numbers or the shipping barcodes for expected deliveries; the bench recognizes the valid barcode, senses the existence of the package, and automatically locks the bench as the delivery person walks away.

The burden is no longer on the owner to lock, although remote locking capability exists.

The model can also be set up to accept surprise deliveries by recognizing that the package barcode is addressed to the residence. Once barcode is confirmed the “smartbox” unlocks the lid, allowing the deliverer to open the lid and place the package into container.

This model also has package pickup capability. The resident may call a shipper and request pickup. When the video doorbell detects the delivery person, the resident may speak to her/him via phone app through your installed security system. The resident then remotely unlocks the lid of the delivery container or bench, permitting the package to be taken for shipment.
